The story of Tenuta Borgia begins with a person named “Rosa Borgia”. When he was newly married and looking for a property to live in, he was able to discover Tenuta Borja property. He and his wife renovated this property in the 1980s.

During the renovation of Tenuta Borja residence, in order to preserve the authenticity of traditional houses, the traditional technique of dry masonry was used in the renovation. In fact, in this type of porcelain stone, no mortar is used between the stones forming the walls. The dome-shaped roofs of the residential units have also remained with the same original shape. The floors of the accommodation units are covered with handmade tiles; Tiles that have an old and traditional design. Modern and traditional furniture are also used to decorate the interior. The Tenuta Borja building is an outstanding example of traditional Mediterranean architecture.
