Macron’s former adviser considers him the “worst” preside of France in more than 60 years

Alain Mink, businessman and former adviser to French Preside Emmanuel Macron, believes that he is the “worst” preside that France has seen since the establishme of the Fifth Republic in 1958.
According to Isna, Politico quoted Mink as saying: “Macron leaves the coury in a much worse state than when he took power… He leaves behind a political landscape in France that may be forever unstable.” This is unforgivable.”
The former coach of the preside said that Macron refuses to accept that he himself has become a source of political instability inside the coury, adding that only the right-wing “National Rally” party has a chance of winning the next presideial election and subsequely gaining a parliameary majority.
According to Politico, the 76-year-old businessman has advised several French presides since Francois Mitterrand in the 1980s and was one of Macron’s earliest supporters. He also supported Macron before he won in 2017 and during his first term, but relations between the two soured after the 2024 snap election as the preside began to make “increasing mistakes” and surrounded himself with “an extremely mediocre team”.
