The roof of Vedana restaura consists of 36 sections of bamboo. When you look at the structure from the outside, it looks like several floors; But the whole space is one floor. If you look at the ceiling from below inside the building, you will see two bamboo rings with a bamboo dome on them. Thanks to the iellige design of the roof, light eers the structure through the grooves and creates a flower-like image on the floor of the building.

Vedana restaura is located on an artificial lake; This lake not only creates visual beauty, but also acts as an air conditioning system and cools the air in the hot and humid summers of this region. Also, the water of this lake is used to irrigate more than 15,000 ornameal trees that have been specially plaed for this project.
Choosing bamboo as the main material of Vedana restaura was a smart decision. This renewable material only needs three to six years to grow and harvest; While exploitation of wood from other trees takes between 20 and 60 years. Also, bamboo helps absorb greenhouse gases, preves soil erosion, and does not need fertilizer to grow; For this reason, Vedana restaura is considered a successful attempt to connect people, architecture and nature.
