He announced that the number of amputees in the Gaza Strip has reached about 5,000 people, among whom more than 2,000 children are in dire need of artificial limbs.

He also announced the increase in the death rate of premature babies to 35% due to the lack of special care equipme and vital drugs and said: So far, six paties have died in the Shafa complex due to the end of the stock of esseial drugs and the Zionist regime preveing the ery of drugs.

Abu Salmiya He emphasized that the amou of medical aid brought to Gaza is 10% of the actual need.

He warned: What we need is surgical equipme and vital drugs, not emergency or non-priority items.
