The military response of the Lebanese army to the irusion of the Israeli soldiers – Mehr News agency RCO News Agency

According to Mehr news agency, quoted by Al-Nashrah, Lebanese sources announced that the Lebanese army is strengthening its presence in the southern regions of Lebanon, including Al-Khayam and Aitron regions, in order to couer the ground aggression of the Zionist regime.
These sources reported that a large number of support forces of the Lebanese army were deployed in the south of the coury. A part of these forces along with military equipme eered the Al-Mahafer plain around the town of Aitoron.
The aforemeioned sources stated that the Lebanese army also se vehicles and military equipme to Al-Khayam town.
These measures are part of the army’s measures to strengthen its presence in southern Lebanon in order to couer the influence of the Zionist regime.
Previously, the Preside of Lebanon, Joseph Aoun, had ordered the commander of the army, Rudolph Hikel, to confro any Israeli incursion io the liberated areas of southern Lebanon in order to protect the Lebanese people and land.
Aoun emphasized that the attack on Blida municipality and the martyrdom of an employee there are in the coext of the aggressive actions of the Zionist regime against civilians.
He also poied out that the Zionist attack on Belida municipality took place shortly after the meeting of the monitoring committee on the ceasefire agreeme.
The Preside of Lebanon asked the monitoring committee of the ceasefire mechanism, of which the United States is also a member, to not only record the eves in the field and to put pressure on the Zionist regime to end the violation of Lebanon’s sovereigy.
Nabih Berri, the Speaker of the Lebanese Parliame, said in response to the Zionist regime’s aggressions in the south of this coury that what happened in Belida and Al-Adisa and the Zionist air attack on the suburbs of the cities of Al-Aishiyah, Al-Maraq and Al-Khardali, and the violation of the airspace of the capital Beirut and its southern suburbs, is an act that goes beyond the violation of Lebanon’s national sovereigy and the resolutions of the United Nations, but is an aggression against Lebanon that cannot be answered only by condemnation.
