According to Arya’s heritage; Four valuable ancie artifacts made of chlorite stone were discovered and seized from cultural heritage smugglers.
This collection includes a seated male lion figure, a male goat with symbolic horns, a male human figure and a stone plaque with an eagle motif.
Preliminary investigations by experts show that two works have definite historical autheicity and the other two require laboratory research for final confirmation.
The possible origin of these works is the cultural area of Jazmorian and Jiroft Plain in the southeast of Iran; A region whose brillia civilization dates back to the second half of the third millennium BC.
Sculptural elegance, detailed carvings and iricate decorations are a testimony to the amazing art and deep symbolism of the ancie people of this land.
This discovery opens a new window to know the beliefs, art and symbols of the ancie civilizations of southeastern Iran.
