By creating the necessary platforms for scieific growth, this program allows studes to coribute to the production of practical knowledge and increase the coury’s share in the iernational scieific fields by fully focusing on their research.
The mohly gras of this plan, which have increased to 20 million tomans this year, are considered one of the most importa financial inceives for doctoral studes and are a kind of investme of the National Elite Foundation in the developme of the coury’s expert and research manpower.
6 conditions for paying salaries of 20 million to doctoral elites
The third-year studes of the specialized doctorate course who are studying full-time in one of the scieific institutions of the coury during the permitted years of study, can register a request to benefit from the facilities of this plan if they meet certain conditions. These conditions include studying in the fifth semester of the specialized doctorate course, passing the comprehensive exam uil the end of the fourth semester of study, having a minimum average academic score of 18 in the specialized doctorate course.
Also, non-employme outside the university, meeting the conditions of the project for the developme of scieific and cultural activities of the coury’s academically gifted studes (Shahid Vazoai plan) according to the regulations of the National Elite Foundation for at least two years and the approval of the doctoral thesis proposal by the end of the fifth semester of the academic year are other conditions for benefiting from the plan’s facilities. research assista is considered
In what case is the facility free of charge?
If all the following conditions are met, the facility will be graed without reimburseme (free of charge):
A. Successful defense of the doctoral thesis no later than the end of the 10th academic year;
b. Publication of at least two research articles extracted from the doctoral thesis in iernational prestigious journals in the first quarter of SIR for the fields of humanities, art and architecture. If not possible, publication in nationally recognized journals in the first quarter of ISC is also acceptable. These articles should be published by the end of the eighth semester.
The selected deadline for the publication of the second article (according to the meioned conditions) can be extended up to six mohs after the end of the eighth academic year.
If the conditions are not met, studes must return the facility
If the chosen one does not succeed in meeting the meioned conditions, the repayme of the facility will be done after graduation and after a breathing period (deadline uil the first installme is due) with mohly installmes over eighteen mohs. For each of the following conditions, six mohs are added to the breathing period:
A. Failure to meet any of the conditions: the refund will be made within six mohs after graduation.
b. Meeting only one of the conditions: the repayme period is extended to twelve mohs after graduation.
In case of successful defense of the doctoral thesis before the end of the teh semester of the academic year, the same amou will be added to the breathing period of the reimburseme of the facility. In case of not successfully defending the doctoral thesis by the end of the 10th academic year, it is necessary to repay the facilities from the beginning of the 11th academic year with mohly installmes during eighteen mohs, and receiving the doctoral degree encyclopedia depends on the full settleme of the received facilities.
The registration starts from November 1st / registration coinues uil June 30th
The call for registration of this project will be published on November 1, 2014, and qualified applicas can register their application along with the required documes through the information system of the National Elite Foundation at the address sina.bmn.ir.
The deadline for registration has been set uil the end of Sunday, June 30, 1404, and after this date, it will not be possible to register an application through the system. Studes should upload their documes and documes by June 15th and after ensuring the correctness of the information, proceed with the final submission of the application.
The National Elite Foundation has emphasized that applicas should be careful in completing the information and uploading the documes, because after the final submission, it is not possible to edit or re-register the application and incomplete applications will be deleted.
