Iensification of the Zionist regime’s attacks on southern Lebanon – Mehr News agency RCO News Agency
According to RCO News Agency, citing Al-Nashrah, an hour ago, a drone attack by the Zionist regime targeted the town of Kharba Salem located in Tabala area.
On the other hand, the corresponde of Al-Nashrah in South Lebanon reported that the Zionist forces fired from the position of al-Mutla towards the outskirts of the town of Kafarkala.
This morning, al-Mayadeen reported a big explosion that the soldiers of the Zionist regime carried out in the town of Yaron and blew up a house in this town today.
Before that, heavy attacks were carried out by the Zionist regime against Lebanon, and the Zionist army claimed to target the infrastructure of Hezbollah.
In today’s series of attacks by the Zionist regime, one person was martyred in Shamstar area in Baalbek, one person was injured in Banaful in Saida and six people were injured in Ansar area in Nabatieh.
In this regard, a diplomatic source told Al Jazeera that the Security Council has approved a stateme that supports the commitmes of the Lebanese governme to exercise its sovereigy over its lands.
The source adds that the stateme urges the iernational community to support the Lebanese army to ensure its stability south of the Litani River.
This source poied out that the stateme of the Security Council once again declared its support for UNIFIL and without meioning the Zionist regime as a party violating the ceasefire agreeme, it asks all parties to respect the safety and security of its personnel and respect their obligations under the aforemeioned agreeme.
The stateme calls for the full implemeation of Security Council Resolutions 1701 and 1559 and also welcomes Lebanon’s readiness to draw its borders with Syria and its efforts to preve smuggling.
