Mehr News Agency, Iernational Group: Photos taken by Palestinian photographers in Ramallah in the ceer of the West Bank show that welcoming the released Palestinian prisoners within the framework of an exchange of prisoners known as the “Hurricane al -Harar” after years of separation, in the area and even the Cairo of the Egyptian capital, is full of profound scenes.
