French Preside Emmanuel Macron said on Thursday that the formation of the Provisional Governme for the Gaza Strip is being investigated by the Palestinians with the exception of Hamas.
During a speech at a meeting of the Arab, European and Asian foreign ministers in Paris, he claimed that Hamas should be disarmed, and this is a fundameal step towards sustainable peace.
The French preside said an iernational force must be deployed in cooperation with Jordan and Egypt to stabilize the Gaza Strip, and France is ready to play a role.
He added that accelerating the construction of settlemes in the West Bank is unacceptable and a threat to the Palestinian state.
