Britain recognizes Palestine Sunday – Mehr News Agency | Iranian and world news

The British Prime Minister Kir Starmer will issue a stateme Sunday, in which he declares his determination to recognize the (independe) Palestinian state, according to the Mehr News Agency.

The telegraph added: “In order to calm the criticism of his decision to recognize Palestine, new sanctions will impose new sanctions on Hamas.”

Earlier, Portugal announced that it would recognize the independe Palestinian state on Sunday.

French Preside Emmanuel Macron also announced Friday night that his coury will recognize the Independe Palestinian state at the United Nations Monday this week.

He emphasized: I again announced to Mahmoud Abbas that France will recognize the Palestinian governme on Monday in New York.

In addition to France, five other couries will recognize the Palestinian governme during the New York conference on Monday, AFP reported.
