Toyota and the Japanese Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) have designed a space car called Lunar Cruiser in a joint project. The car, which is named after Toyota’s famous Land Cruiser, is set to be the first passenger and pressure to move the moon. The slogan of Land Cruiser is “Live Return” and seems to be applied to this moonlight (Yanko Design)

Lonar Cruzer is 2 meters high and five meters wide and provides a space of 2 square meters for two astronauts. The car is capable of traveling about 2.5 kilometers per month on a 4 -day mission. The car’s energy supply system is a combination of solar panels and hydrogen fuel cells that not only provide the electricity needed for the movement and lives of astronauts, but also the water produced by this process is also used for cooling and drinking.
Skany is a major challenge for energy supply on the day of the month. For this reason, solar energy is stored throughout the day, and at night, fuel cells have the main task of supplying power. Lonar Cruzer can travel about 1.5 km by once filling the hydrogen fuel tank.

Since year 2, engineers have been working on simulating anaerobic conditions per month, propulsion heat management, and designing tire -resistant tires. Lonar Cruise will also be equipped with an automatic driving system. According to planning, the final sample will soon be ready for flight and landing on the moon. This project is an important step in realizing the dream of creating a society based on sustainable human presence at the moon level.
