Warning about the deviation of public opinion from the revival of Zayandehrood
Meanwhile, the Coordination Council for Popular Resources and Environmeal Organizations of Isfahan province warned the governor, the mayor of Islamic Culture and Guidance and Director General of Environmeal Protection, and the letter said:
The move was to normalize the critical situation of Zayandehrood’s drought, which could divert public opinion from the pursuit of the revival of this vital artery. Any ierference in the coext of Zayandehrood under any title is irrational and unacceptable and will have irreparable environmeal and social consequences.
This move has led to the reactions of professors and researchers in various fields; Hossein Akhani, a professor at the University of Tehran, has criticized the concert and said:
How best to hold this concert in the coury’s environmeal manageme cemetery! Is it a small task to dry up the Zayandehrood River? They have to celebrate, invite guests from all over the world. Why not happiness? Give themselves a prize!
According to the official poster published, the “Ummah of the Moon” celebration will be held on the occasion of the 1,400th anniversary of the Prophet of Islam on September 1-8 in the dry bed of Zayandehrood in fro of Khaju Bridge.
