At the port of Neil, South Australia, a house called Mark T has a small resemblance to transportation coainers at first glance. The project was implemeed by Sonic Steel’s Sonic Steel and three black steel coainers have become a coastal residence. (Yanko Design)

The design of the brand includes a 1.5 -meter coainer as the main living space, a two -meter module for a staircase and a 2 -meter coainer on the upper floor as a bedroom. The combination of these three sections has created a house that, corary to imagination, is a vibra and vibra.
The ierior of Markit is organized with a ceral kitchen that has become the heart of the home. Large windows bring natural light, and luxury flooring along with shining valves enhances the precision design. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a bathroom and a session that reduces water consumption. The gas heater system and the ready -made power and plumbing infrastructure have made it easy to set up a home.
The characteristic feature of the MarkT project is its exterior spaces. Three separate terraces extend the living space beyond the coainer walls. The fro terrace is used as the original outer room for a party or family party. The back terrace has become a small garden and allows the cultivation of vegetables and aromatic plas. Finally, the upper terrace with access to the spiral staircase shows the best views around.

The transfer of the house to the construction site also reflects the attractiveness of the coainer architecture. Three sections of separate structures were transported by the truck and placed in a crane. This method allows for the construction and installation of home in remote areas; Where the traditional construction is difficult or costly.
Although the details of the price and the conditions of supply by Sonic Steel have not been announced, the Markiti project shows that coainer architecture can go beyond industrial use and become a real way to provide affordable housing.
