The Zionist newspaper Haaretz warned of the coinuation of the Gaza city occupation plan today, stressing that the plan was not justified in terms of security and that the Zionist regime is moving towards a disaster.
The Zionist newspaper emphasized that the regime is moving towards a catastrophe that was widening day by day and warned that the war in the Gaza Strip had gone beyond any reason, both security and human.
Haaretz acknowledged that the slogans of Hamas’s defeat, security corol and “restoring captives” were meaningless in the shadow of other field realities.
The newspaper emphasized that the Operation of Gidon 2 Chariot was not justified in terms of security, while even Zionist Army Chief of Staff Ala Zamir warns of the Gaza occupation plan.
The newspaper added: “Security justifications for the operation cannot be raised, while all military and security commanders in the cabinet agree to exchange captives and have warned of the human and material costs of the army as a result of the occupation of Gaza.”
Haaretz explained that while the protests of captive families coinue to influence cabinet decisions, Zionist Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is still consta because the war is politically in his favor, thus preveing Israel’s Gaza destruction and collapse.
The newspaper called for a halt to demolition, the return of the prisoners, and the adoption of the post -war Gaza operation, which Arab states proposed iernationally, wrote that time was being lost and that Israel should be stopped right now.
Also, the Hebrew newspaper Ma’ario, quoting Isaac Brake, Maj. Gen. Zionist Army Reserve, stressed that the results of Gaza’s re -occupation could be catastrophic. Brake said the implemeation of the project would not be practically achieved and will lead to widespread chaos in the occupied territories.
He also explained that the situation of the ground forces was the reason for the military’s inability to defeat Hamas and reduced the lack of additional forces in the occupied areas.
