The Chinese Foreign Minister announced the increase in Shanghai cooperation organization to nine couries, according to Mehr News Agency.
Speaking at a news conference after the Shanghai organization’s summit in Tinjian province, Wang Yi said that the summit was successful and had positive results.
He emphasized: “Global Governance Initiative” coributes to the manageme of global insistence and barriers to economic developme. Multifunctionalism is the way to achieve global governance.
“The United Nations must play a role in reforming global governance,” the Chinese foreign minister said. We wa cooperation rather than conflict and solidarity rather than division.
The Shanghai Cooperation Secretary -General also said: “The multifaceted world must be defended.” The global governance initiative that the Chinese preside suggested is based on the rule of law and that member states support it.
The Summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization was attended by heads of state governmes from August 1 to September 6.
In a joi stateme, member states condemned actions that have led to humanitarian catastrophe in Gaza, as well as all forms of terrorism.
