According to Mehr Reporter, Dr. Zahra Behrouz Azar, at the second eve of creative and cultural industries today (Monday, September 3rd), attended by Mohammad Nabi Shahiki Tash, Vice Preside of Technology and Innovation of the Ministry of Science, Ali Moazeri, Head of University Jihad, and Mohammad Hossein Imani Khoshkhoo, Preside of the University of Science and Culture. We see the creative industries as a driving force for economic, social, and cultural developme because they are based on innovation, culture, art and technology.
He added: “The importa feature of the creative industry is that they are both effective in employme at the same time and play a role in preserving cultural ideity.” These industries cover a variety of areas, from coe production and crafts to fashion, music, film, tourism and other cultural products.
“Women have a significa role in the developme of creative industries,” the vice preside said, adding that women are half of the coury’s population and half of the iellectual and specialized capital of society. We believe that cultural erepreneurship is cultural erepreneurship to become more active and effective in this area and the driving force for the creative industry.
He said that cultural erepreneurship is significaly differe from other types of erepreneurship. Because of its ethnic, linguistic and religious diversity, Iran has a huge capital and great opportunities in this area. We hope that by guiding and facilitating technology parks, we will be able to provide the necessary platforms for the developme of these arts and activities.
He addressed the necessities of the developme of erepreneurship and said: “To develop cultural erepreneurship, we need to strengthen several key axes.” Every erepreneur begins with creativity and innovation; Therefore, we need to attract creative and innovative people. If we have not been successful in recruitme or the number of attracted people is low, we should try to import active people in other areas and cultivate their creativity. Although the cultivation of creativity occurs most of all in childhood, this does not mean that adults are unable to become creative. With special training and techniques, we can revive the creative look at adults as well.
Behrouz Azar poied to the importance of promoting a positive attitude and the meality of growth in individuals and said: “Unfortunately, many of us, especially the authorities, are lost because of consta exposure to positive problems and meality.” We need to help this attitude and hope in individuals to enhance creativity and innovation.
The Vice Preside of Women and Family Affairs emphasized: The second axis is the coury’s cultural capital. We have a large cultural heritage, valuable traditions and rich art history. Unfortunately, in rece years, due to neglect, some of these possessions have been forgotten or neglected. We need to take action to revive this heritage and open new opportunities to the people.
“Creativity and idea alone are not enough,” he said. A sustainable activity becomes a product or service when the customer is willing to spend. Our artists have often overlooked this, and therefore have trouble developing market and sustainability of their activities. We need to teach activists in this field to learn financial calculations, cost of use, product design and customer need.
He described the fourth issue as networking and cooperating with national and iernational institutions, saying that now all members of the governme are working to create and strengthen these networks. We are trying to iegrate existing national capacities, and technology parks can play an importa role in these institutional communications and ecosystem developme.
Behrouz Azar addressed the use of new and digital technologies and said: “Creative industry activists need to learn digital marketing, understand the digital economy and supply and upgrade their products in this coext.” If we can work in these areas, we can see the growth and developme of this field, relying on cultural erepreneurship as the beating heart of the creative industries.
He noted that the creative industries can be developed by the mechanism and methods of cultural erepreneurship: The most importa effect of these industries in our society is their social and ideity impact. Strengthening national ideity and social cohesion is undoubtedly possible through the developme of cultural erepreneurship and creative industries.
Behrouz Azar emphasized the importance of cultural cohesion, saying: “I hope the cultural cohesion that has become more pronounced these days under the bitter and evil pretext of war in the coury will become a sustainable opportunity for Iran’s growth, and the capacities and possessions that we have been neglected for many years should be reunited and appreciated today.”
