The US Congress founded the ceer in 2008 following claims by Russian ierveion in the US presideial election that led to Donald Trump’s victory. He has released various documes since mid -July, claiming that former US Preside Barack Obama’s senior governme officials have exposed the coup against Trump and the charge of conspiracy to Russia against him. Gabard said on Tuesday that, corary to claims, “Moscow does not appear to have preferred one of the candidates to another.”
