The Sindalah project was iroduced in 2007 by the Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman; A luxury island in the Neoma area, which uses pristine nature, advanced technology and sustainable design, provides a differe experience from superlux tourism. Staying in private yachts and luxury restauras is only part of the project’s facilities.

The use of modern architecture technologies promotes coastal tourism to a new level and at the same time helps preserve the rich Red Sea ecosystem. In line with landscape goals, Sandaleh will include a collection of luxury hotels, docks, coastal areas and a variety of restauras.
The Alula project iroduces the historical heritage of this ancie oasis to iernational visitors. The city, listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List, remains largely iact. The purpose of the project is to preserve the ancie heritage along with the implemeation of sustainable solutions.

The architects create a lasting experience for visitors by combining new technologies, health, archeology and nature. Jean Nouvel, a promine French architect, has also iroduced an underground hotel design in the hearts of Al -Ala. In order to attract more tourists and promote the lives of resides, huge investmes have been made to develop surrounding land, build luxury resorts, museums and cultural institutions.
Roshn, which was launched by the Saudi Public Investme Fund (PIF), is designed to build smart cities and provide quality resideial units. The design of the project is based on the three principles of sustainability, efficie urban planning and modern architecture to improve the quality of life.

Alongside housing, a clear project also focuses on the developme of green infrastructure, hospitals, schools and logistics ceers to provide a complete environme for life. The project is also seeking economic growth through employme and strengthening the private sector. The Desert Rock project, designed by the Opponheim Architecture Studio, has a differe approach to the concept of modern residences. In the desert rock project, a collection of hotel villas and rooms have been carved in the hearts of the rocks so that visitors can also participate in the environme while taking advaage of the natural landscape. Oxagon is the world’s largest floating industrial complex designed by a Danish company. Built in an octagon, this industrial port is located south of the Suez Canal and deep in the Red Sea.

Oxygen’s strategic position is on the path of 5 % of world trade and links Saudi Arabia to world markets. The project, which began in year 6, comprises a completely clean energy port and is designed within the framework of Naom’s lasting goals. By year 3, Oxagon will be accommodated by 2.5 people and is recognized as a model for future industrial cities at the iersection of three coines; Where human beings, technology and nature come together.
The king of Salman bin Abdulaziz began the Riyadh Art project in 2008, which is a wide -ranging plan to turn the Saudi capital io a wall -free gallery. In this project, nearly 5 artworks are installed in public spaces such as parks, squares, subway stations and historic neighborhoods to make the city a living indigenous art native for art.

In the design of all the elemes of this project, there is a deep connection to art, health and stability. Only five perce of the land is used for construction to maiain the natural ecosystem.
Amala provides a luxurious experience to guests, from health ceers and coastal residences to the opportunities of booming and cultural exhibitions. The first phase of the project was opened in year 5 and will include private villas, seafood clubs and more facilities. The project uses renewable energies for its operation and does not produce any waste to bury by trying to reach the zero carbon footpri.
