Iraqi judiciary determination to preve Ba’athists from breaking parliame – Mehr News Agency | Iranian and world news

The Iraqi Supreme Judiciary Council on Sunday emphasized the strict implemeation of the Board of Represeatives and Justice and preveing the dissolved Ba’athist party from the Ba’ath Party.
The Council said in a stateme that the council hosted a meeting attended by Judge Fayeq Zidane, the Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council and the deputies of the Federal Court of Appeal and Bassem al -Badri, the chairman of the Board of Directors, along with a number of members of the board.
The meeting was discussed at the upcoming parliameary elections.
Participas in the meeting agreed to accurately enforce the Board of Directors and to preve the dissolved Ba’athist party with the Ba’ath party.
It was also agreed that the measures of this board would be transpare and not allowed to use this for purposes other than those meioned in the law.
It is worth noting that the Iraqi governme has ideified the deadline for the coury’s parliameary elections on November 1 (Tuesday, November 5).
