Referring to the activities of 5 knowledge -based companies in the province, he added: About 2 % of these companies in the startup category and 2 % in the category of companies Technology And they are innovative. Our goal is to promote faster startups to higher stages of innovation and technology.

Afshin announced the annual income of the province’s knowledge -based companies about 6 trillion rials (2) and said that of this amount, about 6 trillion rials are directly devoted to knowledge -based products. There are also about 6,000 people working directly in these companies, most of them elite and youth prone to Zanjani.

The Vice President cited the use of legal capacity to support knowledge -based companies, especially Articles 1 and 2 of the Law on the Production of Knowledge Production from its goals to Zanjan, adding that the law could create up to 5 credits for the province, which has not been exploited so far.

He further pointed to some complaints about the lack of facilities in the province’s science and technology parks and said: “We will try to solve some of these problems with the cooperation of the governorate and the use of internal resources and legal tools.”

Afshin emphasized the need for dynamics in the knowledge -based ecosystem, saying that companies that no longer move on the path of innovation will be out of the list of knowledge -based companies. This is not a weakness of performance, but it can be a sign of maturity or saturation of technology in a particular area.

“Belief and motivation alone is not enough to succeed in the knowledge -based economy,” he said. Technology must be alongside will and belief. In some cases, even strong technology without belief, it can perform better than believing without technical backing.
