The piece was found in an unpublished location in the Southern Mohravita area of the Czech Republic, and along with a spear tip, a sickle and several other metal pieces.
Studies show that these objects are intentionally as “deposits”; Probably part of a vow or ritual ceremony. One of these objects was a metal -made sheet that was found to be part of a warrior bra after careful examination.
According to the Brono Museum, “This piece is about 5 years ago; The era in which historians put the Trojan war. “At that time, bronze weapons were only the top class of warfare and their construction needed great skill.”
Archaeologist Alish Novatil explained that the sheets have used advanced 3D scanning technology to “open”, so that the breast and decorative motifs have been fully rebuilt through digital reconstruction.
Among the decorations of this breast, the sun’s marker is beaten around the place of nipples and triangular roles in prominent waves. This is the second example of a bronze era breast that has been discovered in the Czech Republic so far.
Zebinieh Schulch, director of the Brno City Museum, emphasized the importance of public cooperation in the discovery, and noted that responsible interaction between experts and the public to discover and protect the ancient artifacts that can deepen our understanding of ancient history was critical.
The discovery also shows the value of long -term participation and highlights the cultural and historical importance of South Mohravita in the pre -historical context of Europe.
