Mohammad Amirani, CEO of Iran Airports and Air Navigation Company, visited Tabriz Airport while visiting the injuries, saying:
Due to the damage to East Azerbaijan transport infrastructure, especially the Tabriz Martyr Madani Iernational Airport’s flight levels, we have a mission to take the necessary measures to estimate the damage and start reconstruction operations as soon as possible.
He said about the status of Shahid Madani Iernational Airport in Tabriz:
Both Tabriz airport runway has been injured in a rece cowardice of the child’s regime, with its reconstruction operation began after the ceasefire announced. In this regard, the releva coractor as well as the managers and personnel of Tabriz Airport are reconstructing the runway and airport flight levels.
Amirani expressed hope that the airport would be ready to dispatch and accept passengers as soon as possible.
