These investmes must be tailored to the regional needs of a fair distribution pattern.

One of the most importa of these inceives is the import exemption of hotel equipme with zero duties and customs; This includes specialized equipme, cars, and even cruise ships.
Referring to the importance of tourism iegration with economic structures, he poied to the governme’s new policy to promote hybrid complexes:
The investor can build a commercial and administrative project on a land and build a hotel in the same complex to bring the return on capital to more economical. This model is common in the world and Iran will eer this path.
According to Salehi Amiri, in the field of financial inceives, toll exemption has been approved by up to 5 % for the creation of tourism infrastructure, and in some metropolises such as Tehran, Isfahan and Tabriz, the exemption reaches 5 %. Also, changing the use of agricultural land to tourism that was previously subject to heavy duty will be completely exempted.
The Minister of Cultural Heritage also emphasized the importance of the import of foreign tourists and said:
The developme of infrastructure makes sense when the tourist eers the coury. In this regard, we have put active tourism diplomacy on the agenda. The starting poi of this policy was with Tajikistan. In the form of a memorandum of understanding with officials, the cancellation of a visa was implemeed among all the cities of the two couries, and our targeting is to reach 6,000 Tajik tourists. The airlines of the two couries have also been activated.
According to Salehi Amiri, the next step is to revive the erance tourism from Azerbaijan. She said.

Salehi Amiri also announced the joining of the cruise ship to the southern ports of the coury and said:
In the north of the coury, a cruise ship was purchased by the private sector and reached the port of Neka.

Our goal is to revive the museum’s civilizational and social function, not merely the physical reopening of a building.
