“The occupiers want humanitarian aid to enter their own schedule, not as before March 5, according to the January 9 agreement (we are obliged to legitimize militarization of aid and help the occupiers in their displacement plan),” the Hamas leader continued.

According to the Hamas leader, the occupiers want to negotiate with their new military presence (which supports the control and authority of the occupiers in the Gaza Strip) about the retreat plans agreed on January 5.
