Quoted by ISNA; Seyyed Ahmad Alavi, referring to the discovery of monumes during the implemeation of construction projects in Tehran, said:
Some developme projects in the capital unwittingly lead to the discovery of treasures from the soil that recall the city’s historical ideity; An example of this is the rece findings in the Jasmine Garden in District 2, which dates back to the Qajar and Pahlavi period.
He added.
Such discoveries not only represe Tehran’s historical depth, but can also become unique opportunities to strengthen cultural heritage and urban tourism developme; Especially if the necessary studies and feasibility are followed with precision and seriousness.
Alavi emphasized the need for responsible authorities to record and docume these works:
We must turn these achievemes io part of Tehran’s cultural narrative; A narrative that can enhance both the historical appeal of the city and to coribute to the economic prosperity of the tourism sector.
