US -based ierveionist statemes about Lebanon’s Hezbollah weapon
The US Deputy Special Represeative for West Asian Affairs called for a complete disarmame of Hezbollah’s Weapon.
In an ierview with Al -Jadid Network, Morgan Ortegas emphasized the need for a full disarmame of Hezbollah’s weapon, saying that the ierveionist statemes should be taken as soon as possible to disarm Hezbollah.
In an attempt to fulfill the demands of the Zionist regime, he claimed that if that did not happen, Lebanon would face the risk of falling back on the region’s political and economic developmes.
Ortegas also described economic and financial reforms in Lebanon as “the necessary path to build the coury” and claimed that the process could undermine Hezbollah’s funding and couer corruption.
The US official, referring to the need for the Lebanese Parliame to pass the banking sector reconstruction law and the rapid preparation of the Financial Definition Act, made foreign investmes in the coury disarmed and implemeed economic reforms.
In another part of the conversation, he said in response to his criticism of his past statemes about the IMF: “My remarks were out of the field. I fully support the necessary reforms.
The US official further stated that Washington was the monopoly of weapons in the hands of the Lebanese ceral governme and that the iernational community must strive to end Hezbollah’s military role.
