Putin’s emphasis on Russian weapons progress for special military operations

According to RCO News Agency, Russian Preside Vladimir Putin said in a speech Friday night: “I would like to emphasize that most of the coury’s weapons and equipme are rapidly improving and renovating the issue due to close cooperation with martial arts units and teams of design companies, which will increase and renovate them.
“Russia should consider the developme of military-technical cooperation as an eleme of the developme of army and naval technology,” the Russian preside said at a meeting of the Military-Foreign Cooperation Commission.
Putin said that the main goal of the Russian defense industry is to meet the needs of the armed forces for special military operations, adding: “Russia’s experience in military operations is carefully studied by both politicians and army commanders abroad.”
“I have already said that we must clearly plan the defense industry for the long term so that we can balance governme defense and coracts within the framework of military-technical cooperation, to provide the basis for the production of ready-made civilian products, and the use of technologies,” he said.
The Russian preside, poiing out that the Defense Industry Complex coinues to operate in almost the whole range of products in advanced state, said: “Russia is still among the top five in the global weapons market and has maiained its export position in many areas.”
“Russian defense industries are increasing and we understand the reason,” he said. In addition, almost the whole of Russian weapons, from ideification and destruction equipme to air defense, aviation, drone technologies and armored vehicles, proves its performance and under hard tests not only in educational lands or exercises, but most importaly on the ground, in the forefro.
“Another key poi is that in order to promote our weapons exports in a high competitive environme, we need to improve cooperation with foreign partners by taking io accou the features of the weapons market, meaning not only special weapons and equipme, but also a broader range of services,” Vladimir Putin said.
