The South Korean Embassy in Tehran unveiled an event at the Embassy of Korea.
The Korean Embassy showed part of the country’s culture and art in the form of clothing, food, game and music, attended by the South Korean ambassador and Iranian guests. Also, cultural boxes that displayed a corner of Korean history and art were unveiled and visited as the program.
In four parts, these boxes have exhibited a corner of Korean culture, including feminine and masculine spaces in traditional Korean homes during the kingdom of Choosan. The equipment used by men and women, coatings, tools and traditional Korean instruments had formed different objects.
Kim Junpio, South Korean ambassador, said at the embassy unveiling at the embassy: “
The cultural boxes are prepared in collaboration with the National Museum of Korea and are actually a mobile museum. These cultural boxes are built with the art of the first -rate masters of Korean culture and art to showcase part of Korean traditional culture.

The South Korean ambassador emphasized the expansion of cultural exchanges between the two countries:
This event is like the experience of opening old boxes, and by opening them we can travel to Korean culture, art and history. We hope that these boxes will introduce some of the beauties of Korean culture to the Iranians and will be the beginning of a way to expand cultural exchanges between the two countries.

Kim Junpio, referring to the Korean Embassy’s cultural events, added:
The event is the first event of the Korean Embassy’s cultural programs; In the following, by holding an exhibition of the Korean and Iran’s joint calligraphy exhibition, we will seek opportunities to get acquainted with the culture of the two countries.

At the end, the South Korean ambassador said: “This event would be a good experience for the participants.”
In this program, we also prepared traditional Korean games in the modern form of the collection of composite fish series to get acquainted with another part of Korea’s culture. In the future, the Korean Embassy will also try to create a deeper and more friendly communication culture between the people of the two countries through various events.

It is worth noting that this small museum is located in the South Korean Embassy and has no public visits.
