A statement from the Russian Foreign Ministry said: “Rubio welcomed agreements to exchange war prisoners and prepare a list of ceasefire conditions and emphasize Washington’s readiness to provide more peace.”
The talks of the Russian and Ukrainian parties were held in Istanbul on Friday. Russia expressed satisfaction with the meeting that it was ready to continue calls.
