“Russian Defense Minister Andre Belvosov and all military commanders reported on May 5 to the Russian Preside Vladimir Putin,” he said.

Madinsky also said that negotiations with Russian Preside Vladimir Putin were described in detail before the negotiating team leaving Istanbul.
