According to RCO News Agency, In a letter to the Salehi Pact, the Secretary -General of the High Council of Sciences, Research and Technology (Atef), the High Council of Science, Research and Technology (Atef) issued a letter to the Council of Research to the universities and higher education ceers across the coury.

In a letter signed by Peyman Salehi, Secretary -General of the High Council of Sciences, Research and Technology, the instructions for participating in the comprehensive scieific map of the coury were communicated to the Vice -Presides of Universities and Higher Education Ceers throughout the coury.
