According to RCO News Agency, Russian Security Council Deputy Director Dimitri Medvedev today (Thursday) responded to a message signed by the United States and Ukraine for a long time with a message on his telegram channel.

Talks about minerals have been in the early days of US Preside Donald Trump’s return to power, along with wider peace efforts. The Trump administration insisted that the deal should offset US aid to Ukraine, though Kiev claims that the aid was unconditionally provided.
