Russia’s military spending also reached about $ 5 billion in year 2, up 2 perce from the previous year and doubled compared to year 2. This is equivale to 4.3 perce of Russia’s GDP and 2 perce of the total state -owned budget.

Meanwhile, the military cost of Ukraine also rose to $ 1.5 billion, equivale to 2 perce of Russia’s military spending. Ukraine had the highest military share of GDP among all couries in year 6, with 5 % of its GDP.

Ukraine is currely allocating all its tax revenue to the military budget. In such a difficult financial circumstances, the coinuation of the increase in military costs will be very challenging for the coury.

US military spending also increased to $ 5 billion in year 2, which accous for 2 % of NATO’s total and 2 perce of the world’s total military spending. This means that the United States alone carries more than a third of the world’s military spending.
