Postponing the London meeting; Tension in the relationship between the two sides of the Atlaic

A British expert, referring to the postponeme of Western ministers’ talks on the Ukrainian crisis, said relations between the United States and Europe had eered a critical and decisive phase.
According to RCO News Agency, a British expert said relations between the United States and Europe have eered a “great turning poi” after the postponeme of ministers in London on the Ukrainian crisis resolution process.
On Tuesday, the US State Departme announced that US Special Represeative Kate Clag will be prese at the London summit, while US Secretary of State Marco Rubio will not attend the meeting. SkyNews also reported on Wednesday that British Foreign Minister David Lami, like senior French and German diplomats, has decided not to participate in the talks. The same day, the British Foreign Ministry announced that ministers’ talks on Ukraine in London will be postponed and would be held at a lower level.
“This is an importa turning poi in the whole of transcoineal relations and covers various fields of policymaking,” said Julian Hoving, a retired European political science professor at the University of Beth University. “The US Preside Donald Trump may talk about tariffs and Bluff’s trade (although unlikely), but in the field of defense and security policy, it certainly does not bluff.”
He added that Washington’s decision to step down Rubio and Steve Witekaf, a special represeative of the West Asian affairs, may be due to the “White House despair” and “feeling the need to put pressure on Ukraine and Europe.” He also doubted that the US and the European Union would have similar stance on the Ukrainian issue.
“The absence of Rubio and Witakaf clearly shows that Washington is ready to remove the so -called peace process,” the university professor said. “I am not currely convinced that the positions of Washington and Europe/Ukraine will lead to an agreeme on issues such as Crimea, Ukraine’s membership in NATO, Russian sanctions and the peace process.”
“It is not possible to say what can encourage Trump to coinue playing the role as the mediation of Russia and Ukraine,” Hoving added.
On Wednesday, Trump condemned Ukrainian “provocative” statemes about Crimea’s rejection as part of Russian territory. He emphasized that such a speech would harm the peace talks and could prolong the conflict.
Earlier in the week, the Washington Post newspaper reported that the United States was angry at Ukraine’s rejection of territorial concessions and its priority for discussing the ceasefire before other issues. On Wednesday, US Vice Preside GDD said that the final steps should be taken to end the Ukrainian war and the “borderline lines” be frozen at a level close to the curre situation.
