China and Russia think of creating a nuclear power pla in the moon

China, in cooperation with Russia, is investigating the construction of a nuclear power pla in the moh to supply energy at the Iernational Lunar Research Station (ILRS).
According to RCO News Agency, China plans to become a large space power by year 5 and land astronauts on the moon, and the planned Chang’e-1 mission for year 2 provides the ground for building a permane and manned database per moh.
In a submission in Shanghai, a senior mission engineer showed that the moh -long energy supplier rely on solar rays and pipelines and cables for heating and electricity made at the moon.
The Russian Space Agency, Russian Rsquasmus, announced last year that it plans to build a nuclear reactor on the moon level in cooperation with the Chinese National Space Departme (CNSA) to supply ILRS energy.
The inclusion of a nuclear energy unit in preseing a Chinese space official at a conference to the authorities of the coury and the Iernational Organization, which make up ILRS, shows that Beijing supports the idea, though it has never officially announced it.
“An importa question for ILRS is electricity supply, and Russia has a natural advaage, when it comes to nuclear power plas, especially sending them io space, is ahead of the United States,” said Reuters.
In the future, China will create “Project 2”, which invites 2 couries, 3 iernational scieific research institutes, and 3 researchers abroad to join ILRS.
Researchers at the Shanghai conference also preseed details on projects for searching for mineral and water resources, including possible fuel for the use of RS raw materials in Russia.
