Foreign Minister Marco Rubio and US Preside Donald Trump’s special envoy to the West Asian governme, citing Politico’s report on the lifting of sanctions against Russia as part of a peace deal in Ukraine, reported the US newspaper.

Politico wrote in a report yesterday that Washington is investigating the lifting of sanctions against Russia’s “Stream” pipeline as well as other sanctions against Moscow’s assets in Europe as part of a peace deal.

The newspaper quoted five sources of negotiations as saying that Witcaf is the “main supporter of the plan, which is probably” friendship “with Russian Preside Vladimir Putin.
