Two days after gunmen attacked a group of tourists in Kashmir -corolled India, the governme announced measures against the neighboring coury, Pakistan, according to Mehr News Agency.

These include the closure of the two couries‘ main border crossings, the suspension of the historic water treaty, the expulsion of diplomats and the issuance of an exit from India for some Pakistani passport holders within 4 hours.

Pakistani Defense Minister Khawaja Asif responded to India’s allegations about the attack in Pahlgam, saying that “Islamabad will respond appropriately to India’s actions.”

The Pakistani Defense Minister also denied charges of supporting terrorism, accusing India of supporting Baluchi armed groups and facilitating terrorist acts through its consulates in Afghanistan.
