Grossi: Diplomatic re -engageme with North Korean leader is esseial
The Director General of the Iernational Atomic Energy Agency, warned of the progress of the North Korean Atomic Weapons Program, called for the resumption of ieraction with the Asian leadership.
In a speech at a meeting of the US Foreign Relations Council in Washington, Rafael Grossi, citing the progress of the North Korean nuclear weapons program, claimed that the program was no longer limited to the Jungbion Nuclear Complex, but also the facility.

“I think you need to start with the negotiations,” he said.
Responding to a question about whether Russia and China will encourage talks with North Korea over the nuclear program, Rafael Grossi said they do not think they would oppose a form of Western ieraction with Pyongyang.
