Kremlin: Tehran-Washington talks can preve clashes in the area

A spokesman for the Kremlin said that the issue of indirect-Tehran-Tehran talks had been discussed during a meeting with Russian Preside and Sultan Oman, saying the talks could preve the “bloodthirsty war” in West Asia.
White House spokesman Dmitry Peskov said the issue of indirect Tehran-Washington talks was discussed during Russian Preside Vladimir Putin and Sultan Oman in Moscow.
Rihanosti News agency reported that Peskov said that the Tehran-Washington talks were capable of preveing the “bloodthirsty war” in West Asia.
He added that Preside Putin appreciates Oman’s “fundameal” efforts to mediate these negotiations.
Russian Preside Yuri Oshakov also announced that Putin and Sultan Oman have consulted on progress in Iran -US talks.
The Trump and Tehran administration has begun indirect talks with Oman’s mediation to investigate Iran’s nuclear case, which has made good progress, and its third round is planned in Muscat on Saturday, May 9.
