The US Supreme Court has temporarily stopped Preside Donald Trump’s administration to expel Venezuelan immigras under immigration, according to Mehr News Agency. The immigras are currely in custody in the state of Texas, South America.
The US Supreme Court judges ordered the governme not to expel any of the Venezuelan detained in the United States uil further notice.
Conservative judges of the US Supreme Court have publicly opposed the decision to dismiss immigras. The US Civil Liberation Union lawyers yesterday called for several courts, including the Supreme Court, to act urgely.
According to the union, the rapid developmes and urge action of the governme means that these people are quick to dismiss the law by resorting to the law of the year, which were adopted for the war time without having a real opportunity to protest their dismissal.
Trump has recely accelerated the expulsion of immigras related to Venezuelan Aragova by re -activating the war law and taking advaage of the presideial authority under the law. Trump has called the gang a “foreign terrorist organization”.
