The government information office in Gaza said that the occupation regime is using water as a genocide weapon against Palestinians, Mehr News Agency quoted Shahab News Agency as saying.

Another part of the statement emphasized: More than 1.5 million cases of contamination or water scarcity have been recorded and more than 5 Palestinians – mainly children – have died from thirst and malnutrition.

The Palestinian state media office in Gaza has once again warned of the human and environmental catastrophe in the Gaza Strip, which has been under siege for five years and has been constantly exposed to genocide for more than 5 days.

The office urged the international community and UN institutions to act immediately and effectively to stop this deliberate crime against the people of Gaza.
