The US sanctioned a Chinese crude oil reserve terminal in relation to Iran

The US governme has boycotted a crude oil reserve terminal in China on the eve of the launch of its hostile sanctions on Iran to couer what called “Iran’s oil trade networks”.
The US governme claimed that a crude oil storage terminal in China, which is connected to an independe refinery through a pipeline, has been targeted because of its connection with Iran’s oil trade networks, ISNA reported.
According to Reuters, the United States claimed that the Guangsha Joshhan Energy Group, which runs an oil-specific terminal on the Huangshan Island in Joshuan, China, was targeted because it was related to the Iranian oil trade and directly via the Huangshan-Oil Submarine Pipeline.
“The United States is focused on disrupting all Iranian oil exports, especially those seeking to benefit from this trade,” said US Treasury Secretary, Scott Bose, emphasizing the coinuation of economic war against Iran.
According to the Washington governme, “the terminal has received at least five times Iran’s oil, including US -sanctioned ships, and imported at least 5 million barrels of Iranian crude oil.”
“China, Iran’s largest oil importer, does not recognize US sanctions,” Reuters wrote. “China and Iran, an exchange system that mainly uses China’s yuan and created a network of iermediaries to avoid using US dollars and institutions.”
The Chinese embassy in Washington did not respond to a comme on the US hostile declaration, but a Chinese spokesman said earlier in response to sanctions against an independe oil refinery in China: “China is always opposed to unilateral and illegal unilateral sanctions.”
US Preside Donald Trump claimed on Monday that the US and Iran are due to start “direct negotiations” on Saturday and threatened to be a “great danger” if they fail. Tehran, however, insists that these negotiations are “indirectly” with Oman’s mediation and do not accept any other arrangeme for the negotiations.
