Participation of Dutch dogs in Zionist army war crimes

According to RCO News Agency, the Netherlands is reportedly a key country that the trained police dogs give to the Zionist army, but the confidentiality of the move means that no public information about the suppliers or the number of dogs prepared by the Dutch companies is available to the Zionist army.

According to some media reports, police dog companies in the Netherlands obtained the necessary veterinary certificates to export at least 5 dogs to the Zionist army between October and February. Three of these certificates have been given to Winds K1, a police dog training center in the southern village of Geffen.

The K1 has a decade of history of issuing a dog to the Zionist regime. This history is very dark due to the brutal attacks of Zionist soldiers against the Palestinians.

Some documents suggest several petitions against the company and the Zionists’ efforts to protect it.

Transform dogs into weapons

Since year 2, human rights warnings about the sale of dogs to the Zionist army have increased. Reports from human rights organizations, the media and the United Nations show a regular pattern of exploitation of dogs by the Zionist army, whereby Israeli army, police and prisons often use dogs to threaten and attack civilians, including children, the elderly and people with disabilities.

According to media reports, dogs are also used to torture prisoners. According to the testimony of the victims and documents collected by the Palestinian Human Rights Organizations, various types of dog attacks have been recorded by the Israeli military since October. These reports show a terrible picture of the ways that dogs are brutally used to Palestinian civilians.

In July 2008, the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights released a report on the situation of Palestinians in Israel’s arrest. The Palestinian prisoners told the organization how Israeli forces “violent and humiliated the detainees, including serious physical rape, and the detainees.”

Exports of military dogs are largely illegal and under the same administrative procedures such as export or transfer of domestic pets abroad.

The above reports of dog attacks on Palestinian children have attracted the attention of the Dutch national media, causing several Dutch parliamentarians to call for an immediate suspension of dog exports to the Israeli army. This forced the Dutch government to explore.

The dual -purpose export regime is applicable to dogs arranged to Israel. Under such a system, commodities and animals that can be used for both civilian and military purposes require export licenses, and the government assesses the dangers of human rights before licensing. Despite the obvious dangers of human rights, the Dutch government decided not to abolish such a regime. Even today, with the increase in evidence of abuses and re -requests of MPs to prevent dog exports to the Israeli army, the Dutch government has not been reluctant to tackle the risk of Dutch dogs in illegal attacks by Zionist forces.

According to reports, the Netherlands is still an important country for dog origin to the Zionist army. On January 4, the Zionist Ministry of War announced that it had made a major purchase with reliable suppliers of trained dogs based in the Netherlands and Germany, but the Dutch customs officials refused to provide export figures issued to the occupied territories, especially to the Ministry of War.

However, information from the Dutch Food and Consumer Safety Agency shows that between October 1 and February 2, there have been 5 veterinary certificates required to export dogs by Dutch military/ police companies. Of these certificates, 2 certificates have been issued for K1.

According to the Dutch laws, companies and leaders of companies that export dogs to the Zionist army can have criminal responsibility when supplying their dogs to create or exacerbate the Zionist army’s war crimes or genocide actions. But there are also clear legal obligations for the Dutch government to prevent the use of dogs issued from the Netherlands to violate international law by the Zionist regime.

On January 7, the International Court of Justice (ICJ) concluded that there were acceptable reasons for the Israeli genocide actions in Gaza. The Genocide Convention obliges the Netherlands to prevent genocide. On July 6, the International Court of Justice announced that the occupation of the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, including the eastern Jerusalem, was illegal by Israel and must be completed. The Tribunal stated that third -party governments are obliged to “take action to prevent trade or investment relations that help maintain the illegal situation created by Israel in the occupied Palestinian territories.”

The Palestinian and Dutch civil society organization has complained to Israel for its role in facilitating violations of international law, including the illegal occupation of the Palestinian land and genocide against the Palestinian people in Gaza. One of the demands of the case, which is currently in the process of revision, is to stop the export of (military) dogs to Israel, or instead, to apply the dual export regime to the occupied territories.
