NATO Secretary -General: Ukrainian forces play a key role in security guaraees

NATO allies have agreed that the Ukrainian army will play a leading role in security guaraees, while European forces may only play a secondary role after signing a peace deal.
“There is still no peace or ceasefire agreeme in Ukraine,” said ISNA, NATO Secretary -General Mark Route, at the University of Qiu in Tokyo.
“There are two issues in this case, one that everyone agrees that in the future, the first defense and deterrence line must be for the Ukrainian armed forces to defend it,” he said.
The NATO Secretary -General also noted that there may be other options for Ukrainian security guaraees that were not only by Britain and France.
He added that if European forces are involved in securing security guaraees, they should have a supportive role, not what Paris and London are looking for.
Following the Paris meeting on the “ehusiastic coalition” (to send troops to Ukraine on March 5, French Preside Emmanuel Macron said that a number of coalition represeatives would like to send to Ukraine.
The French preside has insisted that the French-English initiative does not mean replacing the Ukrainian forces, and these deterre forces are not peaceful.
