Mohammad Sabet Eqlidi, general manager of Fars province’s cultural heritage, told ISNA:

Probably the stone, which was recely discovered by one of our compatriots on the erance route of Persepolis and its film was released in cyberspace, has been removed from the soil due to rece rainfall, or because of the agricultural area, the stone was removed from the underwater.
Sabet Eqlidi said that the stone was delivered to Persepolis World Conservation Unit, saying:
That some think this stone has come down from Persepolis and moved here is not the case; Generally, there is a huge historical site in Marvdasht Plain, between the pool, Persepolis and the Achaemenid Ivan Achaemenid porch, which may be evide in these areas at any mome.
Director General of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism emphasized:
Our colleagues in the Cultural Heritage Conservation Unit are monitoring and protecting monumes in all parts of the province and do the necessary visits to do so, and there is no concern.
