Alireza Thalali, head of the Sima, Landscape and Urban Green Space of Karaj Municipality, told ISNA:
The preparations for the 11th Karaj Tulip Festival have been provided since December last year with the plaing of more than 6,000 Dutch tulip onions in 2 differe varieties. Plaing these onions is based on the characteristics of each variety and the principles of garden design, and the main purpose is to create a unique space that has the artistic value and professional plaing standards.
Swallow added:
As the air and tulips grow, the garden of Chamran Park Karaj Park opens from Friday, April 5, and ehusiasts can visit thousands of colorful tulips uil April 1-8.

The Karaj Tulip Festival has been held in Chamran Park for the past five years and is one of the largest cultural and artistic eves of the metropolis.
