Paltiko: The next German governme punishes the EU’s iernal enemies

The next German governme plans to play a greater role in the decision -making of the European Union, especially punishing couries such as Hungary, which opposes the union’s foreign policy, US media reported.
Hungary is one of the EU member states that opposes the union’s ai -Russian decisions and has challenged EU policies on the conflict since the start of Russian military operations in Ukraine in wier.
“A draft agreeme is designed to deal with Hungary as a coury that opposes EU policies, especially in the Russian-Wkine war,” says Paltiko Magazine.
“Germany is set to form a new coalition governme with the Conservative Party of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU), the Christian Social Union (CSU) and the Social Democrats (SPD), which will probably be led by Friedrich Merts,” the US media added. “The parties are currely finalizing agreemes on key political issues, including immigration, climate change and EU relations.”
The next Chancellor of Germany is likely to form his new governme before Easter on April 20.
According to one of the documes seen by Paltiko, Berlin has a plan and seeks to establish a triangle of the EU’s period, Germany, France and Poland, to influence the union’s path and to reinforce the issue of voting in the union’s decisions.
The docume also states: “Germany iends to defend the European Union against domestic and foreign enemies using punitive measures against member states that violate principles such as the rule of law.”
Paltiko has found that these measures will include “preveing the EU budget and suspension of voting.”
The docume states in another section: “We will even take more cohere actions against violations. “Protective tools, ranging from violations and deprivation from the EU budget to suspension of membership fees such as voting in the EU Council, should be considered much more than ever before.”
The formed coalition has also proposed to create a “comprehensive sanctions tool”.
Unlike many EU member states, Hungary has rejected the sending of any deadly weapons to Ukraine and focuses on a peaceful solution to the conflict. It has also repeatedly criticized the EU sanctions against Russia, and its prime minister has described the sanctions and restrictions as a “failure” that merely worse the energy crisis.
