Iraqchi: Iran responded with a responsible look and adherence to diplomatic custom.

British Foreign Minister David Lami discussed bilateral issues and regional and iernational developmes, including nuclear issue, on Thursday night, in a phone call to our Foreign Minister Sayed Abbas Arakchi.
In this phone call, the British Foreign Minister, while Tabriz Nowruz and the New Year to our Foreign Minister, emphasized the British and other European couries‘ commitme to pursue a diplomatic solution to the Iranian nuclear issue, saying that it would soon be in coact with European and American couerparts.
The Foreign Minister, referring to the four rounds of dialogue between the Islamic Republic of Iran’s delegations and the three European couries, expressed disappoime with some of the European and the European Union’s non -constructive positions and positions, including the implemeation and coinuation of various sanctions against Iran under the pretext of falsehoods, and called for the Iranian three European couries’ approaches.
Recalling the Islamic Republic’s ieraction approach on the peaceful nuclear issue of our coury, Iraqchi described the direct negotiation of “maximum pressure” and “military threat” as meaningless, while also emphasizing Tehran’s readiness to pursue a diplomatic approach.
Referring to the coradictory stances and messages of US officials on negotiating with Iran, he also unacceptable the use of diplomacy for political and psychological pressure, stating that the Islamic Republic of Iran, with a responsibilities and adherence to diplomatic custom, had responded to the US preside.
In this phone call, the Iranian and British foreign ministers welcomed the launch of the new Iranian and British ambassadors in London and Tehran, and expressed hope that this transformation would help improve bilateral relations better.
In this conversation, some mutual consular issues also raised, and the two sides expressed their views and concerns in this regard, emphasizing the importance of maiaining the communication channels between Tehran and London to pursue more effective and other issues.
