Ukrainian Preside Walodimir Zelksky, poiing out that the US is constaly changing the provisions of the rare minerals agreeme with Kiev, said there is currely no matter on the agenda to guaraee and justify his trip to Washington.
Zelnsky regretted the lack of a final agreeme on rare minerals with the United States after a meeting with European leaders at the France’s “Coalition” summit in France.
“In the end, they (Americans) constaly change the provisions,” he said. I’m not going to go to Washington because there is no matter on the agenda.
“We have a lot of agreemes about minerals, and I would like to deal with this, not to look at it from the theoretical poi of view,” Zlansky said, noting that numerous drafts and frameworks have been discussed.
He noted that the Ukrainian and American teams are currely working on the final version of the agreeme, adding: “The US proposes a complete agreeme, but this requires careful and comprehensive examination and serious agreemes to be taken to parliame.”
